WEBTOP (nethserver 8)

Ciao a tutti, volevo sottoporre un problema legato a WEBTOP.

Ha smesso di funzionare e tutte le azioni che faccio dalla console mi vanno in errore. Non so cosa possa essere successo ma ho la necessità di forzare la rimozione dell’istanza. Potete darmi qualche indicazione su come operare dalla shell del server? Grazie in anticipo per il supporto.

I think, this is the right command.

remove-module --no-preserve weptop1 (or what ever is the number of your webtop instance].

I tried the command you suggested, and the result is this:

Does it help to use the force option?

Can't remove module rustdesk

I had some issues with the currently available rustdesk app, inlcuding getting it removed as a module and the backup and the http route. remove-module --no-preserve --force rustdesk1 Seem to have helped, then manually removing the http route and delete old backups.

Here’s a procedure to remove an app when the installation was interrupted:

I could reproduce the issue and following commands removed the app and the log entries, just adapt goauthentik1 to the app instance you want to remove. APPTOREMOVE=goauthentik1 redis-cli hset module/${APPTOREMOVE}/environment NODE_ID "1" redis-cli ACL SETUSER module/${APPTOREMOVE} remove-module --no-preserve ${APPTOREMOVE}
