The image shows the Webtop calendar in German localization. While most parts of the interface are translated, several buttons (day, week, biweekly, month view, etc.) show unresolved placeholder variables instead of proper German labels. This points to a general translation bug in the German language files for calendar, settings, tasks, and addresses.
If necessary, and if you need help implementing an appropriate translation, I could certainly assist with that. However, it rather seems that this is not a translation error, but of a technical/programmatic nature or possibly related to Unicode?
Thanks, I think it’s just about missing translation, see Webtop translations - #2 by mrmarkuz to compare English with German where for example “scheduler.goToday.lbl=Today” is missing.
If you like to assist, please just post the missing translations and I’ll care about collecting them.
I finished the Webtop translation and it looks ok in the UI. I tested by importing the languages from transifex to the Webtop jars directly to check the UI but this way umlauts (“ä”,”ö”,“ü”) were not displayed correctly.
I think the new translation can be tested together with the community after release to get a good translation finally.
