Funny thing is, I can’t locate ANY link from my history relating to my search. I’ve tried looking through all my history before I did the google search for Nethserver. Obviously I saw something in some place that made me search for Nethserver, but I’ve gone through 2 days of search history before that google search, can’t see anything related to Nethserver. This is quite strange, lol

Haha, I’m completely useless. I have no developmnt/scripting skills … and minimal experience of windows AD and linux till now. My work-experience basically covered NetApp storage, Symantec Netbackup, and a bit of VMware.
I’m not sure what use I can be to you guys, but sure, I’d love to help out in any way within my capability.

Have you worked on NethServer and AD integration yet? You should try.
Or you should install NethServer on VMware, playing with VMware tools, so you are able to write down a howto like this
