I performed the full command, but it does nothing (I guess as there are no duplicates detected?).
I also performed the restart of the smwingsd. systemctl restart smwingsd
So the error messages of the smwingsd have disappeared in the logfile after restarting.
For the SoftwareCenter Problem: I again started SW update via GUI.
This time I saw for a short time the following error:

This error message I found then also in the message log file /var/log/messages.
After this error message the Message to clean the yum cache appeared again - but back to the initial problem (i.e. nothing changed to inital discribed behaviour that modules are not shown and update is not working)
I did a reboot now - although I thought I did it previously.
Now no SW update is shown any more - I nevertheless pressed the “Download and Install” Button and the operation ended at least successfully (without any issue).
However, still the module visibility issue remains:
Available Modules are not shown, and also Installed modules (beside the Sogo Module - So really only this module) is shown. (as shown in my first two screenshots in this post.
After some time (no more reboot) again SW updates have been announced by Nethserver (same list is in initial post:.
Trying to apply them again ends in following error:

I installed once freepbx module for testing - however I removed it after some point of time. nevertheless I still regularly get updates to the admin-email address that some freepbx modules will be updates because of security reason. So some parts of freepbx seems to be still installed.
Output of (part of) yum clean all && yum update. Partly only as I did not (yet) pressed “y” to the question as I somehow remember that as soon as I upgrade via CLI the “locked” SW Update configuration will automatically get set to unlucked - isn’t it?
Let me know if I still have to press “y” to resolve the issue?

Currently no new updates are promoted in the SoftwareCenter.

In SW Center ONLY SoGo is shown as INSTALLED package. Still no other AVAILABLE packages are shown in SW Center.
HOwever I installed at least in addition: Mail-Server, Pop3, WebTop, Nextcloud (not showing at all in SW center).
Again the same SW upgrades are advertised in SW center - with the suggestion to clear yum cache.
However it seems to me only standard CenntOS upgrades are performed and no Nethserver related upgrades have been performed.
I guess currently that after some time again the same nethserver updates will be advertised in SW-Center (as multiple times before).
Still no more packages (on available nor installed) are shown on SW center.
