Problems with Nextcloud after the Update from today

NethServer Version: 7.8.2003
Module: Nextcloud 19

Hi Friends of Nethserver,

Since the update to Nextcloud 19 from today I can not access my cloud anymore. In Explorer I always get the error message on the picture. The problem is the same with all browsers like Edge, FF and Chrome. The connection from ONLYOFFICE Editor to the Nextcloud is also no longer possible. Maybe another user has the problem and can tell me how I can solve it?

Thanks and regards …

Uwe

Hallo Uwe

I got the same prob on one client (of 30!). It’s a problem with SSL on the normal httpd server, the httpd-admin (Serving the old Dashboard and the newer Cockpit) work! Ports 980 / 9090.

See the logs / errors for httpd, I think you have the same issue…

Anything serverd up by the normal httpd is not accessible, anything server by the httpd-admin works.
Not working: Roundcube / Zabbix / NextCloud / local static web page / other stuff like Webtop, SoGo…

My 2 cents
Andy

Servus Andy,

thanks for the answer. It was not the last problem with NC after the Update to version 19. After a reboot of the system the access to NC was completly impossible. Now i use the free day to install my Nethserver completly new.

Uwe

Servus Uwe

YMMV, but good luck and success!

Andy

Hi,
I’ve got exactly the same problem after the upgrade 7.8.2003.
Does somebody fix it?
Into the logs for http I only have “php5_module is already loaded, skipping”
Are they other logs to look into?
Thanks
Arnaud

Hi @Arnaud,

the best way for me was a fresh Setup two days before. My old Server said goodbye quietly after only three years. I took the chance and installed everything new. But now i have other problems with NC posted here.

Uwe

Hi @transocean (Uwe)
with your link, I noticed that I have LDAP-Authentication too. On the top, I added 1 user into NC by using the admin account (=this user is not in LDAP)!!

from the previous version of NS:
=> I disabled LDAP-plugin
=> I updated again NS to 7.8.2003 (my NS is a VM and I have done a snapshot before the first update to 7.8.2003!)
=> I rebooted NS
=> I re-enabled the LDAP-plugin
=> WORKS!!

Bye Arnaud
