Yes, AD normally supports multi-logins. You do have the option to restrict this, if wanted. You’ld need to use eg. Microsoft’s RSAT AD Tools, eg on a Windows 10 Workstation (Member of AD) and using a user with AD Admin permissions…

I just had the case on a Windows 10 1809 machine that the RSAT tools could not be installed via the GUI. On the machine the tools could only be installed via the PowersHell.
