i see some errors in the file Nextcloud.log:

But i don’t kno what to do for resolve the problem

Your Onlyoffice install seems to be reachable and working so I think it’s an issue with the Nextcloud app.

From your nextcloud.log:

“message”:{“Exception”:“Exception”,“Message”:“Bad healthcheck status”

Is the onlyoffice app enabled?

Maybe reinstalling the app helps?

Hi i have installed OnlyOffice and after from Nextcloud>APP i try to install Office Online Integration but nothing change, i don’t know is required the last app i have install or not, let me know.

So you advice to try reinstall nextcloud?

Office online is not required for onlyoffice.
Office online is needed for connecting to microsoft office online server.

No, just reinstall the Onlyoffice app in Nextcloud. I noticed that you also installed the collabora app, it’s not needed for Onlyoffice.

I just installed Onlyoffice using the wiki, and everything seemed to work fine. However, when i pressed save for the settings for the OnlyOffice server on the web interface of nextcloud, i got the following error:
Error when trying to connect (cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: 127.0. 0.1; Unknown error (see libcurl - Error Codes) for https://127.0. 0.1/healthcheck)

I have selected mydomainfornextcloud:8082 as the address and see the instructions for testing when i open it. i have secret key enabled.
For advanced, it has defaulted to for ONLYOFFICE Docs address for internal requests from the server and Server address for internal requests from ONLYOFFICE Docs

I tried saving again with the secret key unchecked with no changes in the results.

I have no diea

i just realized that there was a space at 127.0. 0.1, so i fixed that, and got a new error when saving.

Error when trying to connect (Client error: GET resulted in a 404 Not Found response:

404 Not Found

Not Found (truncated…)

httpS ?

(unfounded thinking out loud  )

i have no idea what you mean by your reply.

Maybe rewriting the configuration helps:

signal-event nethserver-onlyoffice-update

Which version did you install? The most recent 7.2.x versions aren’t working yet.

As a workaround you may downgrade to 7.1.1

This is how i installed. Could it have gone to 7.2.1. automatically?

Please advise

yum -y install
yum -y install Download mscorefonts2 from
yum -y install
yum -y install nethserver-onlyoffice --enablerepo=mrmarkuz

Only if you installed the Onlyoffice repo, see also onlyoffice [NethServer Wiki]

To downgrade to 7.1.1 just execute

yum downgrade

and apply the config:

signal-event nethserver-onlyoffice-update

See also onlyoffice [NethServer Wiki]

yum downgrade
Loaded plugins: changelog, fastestmirror, nethserver_events

Examining /var/tmp/yum-root-Y2f28a/onlyoffice-documentserver.x86_64.rpm: onlyoffice-documentserver-7.1.1-23.x86_64
Error: Nothing to do

i believe i already installed it but did " signal-event nethserver-onlyoffice-update" anyways.

Unfortunately, no change

Error when trying to connect (Client error: GET resulted in a 404 Not Found response

i have the https://FQDN:8082 and as the server settings

This really doesn’t sound right, as it will always give a cert error.

Usually you don’t need to manually change these settings.
Please remove as @danb35 pointed out.

Please also check if there’s the most recent version of the Onlyoffice Nextcloud app installed.

i have removed as suggested. I never added it, it must be a default setting.

Hooray, no more errors.

However, i have set onlyoffice as the default for many types of files (ie .docx) and when i open or create a docx file, collabora opens up. I am only trying to evaluate onlyoffice as i find collabora difficult to use, as it is based upon libreoffice which i have had real issues trying to edit previous word docs.
