Problems with Onlyoffice after todays update

NethServer Version: 7.9.2009
Module: Nextcloud 22.2.0

Hello friends,

I have updated the Onlyoffice app in my NC and now I cannot create new documents. Every attempt ends with this error message:

The “documentType” parameter for the config object is invalid. Please correct it.

What happened and how do I get this corrected?

Regards…

Uwe

I couldn’t reproduce the issue. I still can create documents after updating the Onlyoffice app in Nextcloud 22.2.0.

Which onlyoffice version do you use?

[root@server2 ~]# rpm -q onlyoffice-documentserver
onlyoffice-documentserver-6.4.2-6.x86_64

Did you try to reapply the onlyoffice config?

signal-event nethserver-onlyoffice-update

Does it work to save the configuration in the Nextcloud Onlyoffice settings by pressing the “Save” button?

The case is closed. I forgot to update the onlyoffice server itself to the latest version 6.4.2.6 before updating the app. Now everything is running again.

Thanks and greetings…

Hello friends,

I have to activate this old thread again. Today I updated Nextcloud and Onlyoffice to the latest version of each. Nextcloud via Nethserver Update and Onlyoffice to 7.2.2 as @mrmarkuz described in his tutorial. With the result that Now Onlyoffice no longer works and gives me these error messages:

Fehler beim Anschließen (cURL error 7: Failed connect to server.xxx.com:8082; Connection refused (see libcurl - Error Codes) for https://server.xxx.com:8082/healthcheck)
and

Unfortunately, the problem cannot be solved with the usual means.

I could reproduce the issue, I need to check, there were some changes in the nginx config files.

As a workaround you could go back to the previous version 7.1.1:

yum downgrade https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/DocumentServer/releases/download/v7.1.1/onlyoffice-documentserver.x86_64.rpm

signal-event nethserver-onlyoffice-update

Hi@mrmarkuz,

The downgrade went through cleanly. Nginx also starts again. But Onlyoffice still does not want to work. Now it gives this error when I press the Save button in the Onlyoffice configuration in the NC instance.

Fehler beim Anschließen (Im Dokumentenservice ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Unknown error) (version 7.1.1.23)

Did you already upgrade the Nextcloud Onlyoffice app to the latest version 7.5.4?

Please check the logfiles /var/lib/nethserver/nextcloud/nextcloud.log and /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/docservice/*

Let’s try the healthcheck manually:

curl -k https://localhost:8082/healthcheck

and

curl -k https://teamserver.yourdomain.com:8082/healthcheck

should give back “true”.

I can’t reach your OnlyOffice site, maybe a firewall issue?
