Where do you have to import it? Sogo or Webtop?
In Webtop there is the possibility to import Outlook pst files, only that… it works decently for contacts and calendar but not for mail.

If you need to import mail from another server that supports IMAP you better use the imapsync module.
Otherwise the only thing that works decently is to set up an outlook (preferably Outlook 2010 which is probably the only version that works decently with IMAP) with the old account and the new imap account on Nethserver, recreate the folder tree by hand on the new account and copy the contents of the folders one by one from the old account to the new one.
A huge pain in the ass but, in my experience, it’s the only one that works.
