Exclude/Hide user(s) from Chatserver (ejabberd)?

I would like to exclude/hide a few user from beeing part of the list in my apps e.g. android-chat app (Xabber Dev)… ?

Since ejabberd uses LDAP, I think you need to adjust ldap filters within ejabberd. NO idea how to tho.
