Users/Groups in NethServer

On https://IP:9090/nethserver#/users-groups

When we create an user, we have only:

  • domain admins

There are others, no?

In Address Book of SOGo:

-> No contact (It is normal)

In domain groups:

There are:

  • DnsUpdateProxy (DNS clients who are permitted to perform dynamic updates on behalf of some other clients (such as DHCP servers).)
  • Domain Admins (Designated administrators of the domain)
  • Domain Computers (All workstations and servers joined to the domain)
  • Domain Controllers (All domain controllers in the domain)
  • Domain Guests (All domain guests)
  • Domain Users (All domain users)
  • Enterprise Admins (Designated administrators of the enterprise)
  • Enterprise Read-only Domain Controllers (Members of this group are Read-Only Domain Controllers in the enterprise)
  • Read-only Domain Controllers (Members of this group are Read-Only Domain Controllers in the domain)
  • Schema Admins (Designated administrators of the schema)

Why?
It is possible to hide it?

In domain users:

I see with a search:

  • Administrator (Built-in account for administering the computer/domain)
  • NethServer Administrator
  • NethServer LDAP simple auth identity
  • krbtgt (Key Distribution Center Service Account)
  • Guest (Built-in account for guest access to the computer/domain)

Why?
It is possible to hide it?

In Address Book of Roundcube:
Personal:

-> I see no contact, it is normal

No group.

Public:

I see 2 contacts:

  • NethServer LDAP simple auth identity
  • NethServer Administrator

There is not:

  • Administrator (Built-in account for administering the computer/domain)
  • krbtgt (Key Distribution Center Service Account)
  • Guest (Built-in account for guest access to the computer/domain)

Why?
It is possible to hide it?

Nextcloud:

  • NethServer Administrator
  • NethServer LDAP simple auth identity

Why?

ejabberd roster:

  • Administrator (not in Roundcube/Nextcloud)
  • NethServer Administrator
  • Guest (not in Roundcube/Nextcloud)

yes, now in SOGo and Thunderbird cardDAV the users and groups of AC windows server are displayed, but also groups without email are seen, how to filter them?

I have edited the topic for SOGo, Roundcube, ejabberd, Nextcloud, maybe other?

The problem is that applications do not have same, and “system accounts/groups” are not hidden always.

We need to have in all “space” only real users/groups, not system accounts/groups.

Note it is strange: administrator is enabled, and I do not see in SOGo/Roundcube/Nextcloud but it is in ejabberd roster.
Previously, I am sure to see administator in other applications…

Any news about missing users/groups in Cockpit and Nethgui?

It has been listed previously?

Any news about missing users/groups in Cockpit and Nethgui?

First: How we can see all groups and users in Nethgui and Cockpit?

Only one group is showed.

Second: And after how to hide in applications?
