Error encoding in the "Contact Organization"

If you fill in the “Contacts of the organization” in the Russian layout, it is displayed after saving is not the correct encoding. But if the user to edit the organization in the “detail”, all it displayed correctly.

Did you try the step in the “note” from the bug report to confirm that you have the same problem?

Notes

  • It is only a visualzation problem, data is saved correctly in DB.
  • If smwingsd is stopped the value is displayed correctly # stop smwingsd
