Por el momento la solucion de Giacomo Sanchietti me funcionó:

yum install https://www.urlfilterdb.com/files/downloads/ufdbGuard-1.34.5-CentOS7.x86_64.rpm nethserver-squidguard

aqui esta su post:

ya me dejo desde el software center asi:

paso 1:

yum install https://www.urlfilterdb.com/files/downloads/ufdbGuard-1.34.5-CentOS7.x86_64.rpm nethserver-squidguard

Paso 2:

Intenta descarga de nuevo WebFilter

Y LISTO !!
