Help with VLAN setup

I have tried to search help and examples on here and elsewhere on the net but keep running into a brick wall, mainly because I don’t know what the heck I’m doing. I’m trying to setup a server for my church which will have at last two vlans ideally 3. I’m trying to use a Cisco 2950 to segment the network, I’ve got a dell 2950 as my server, I’m using Nic 1 as my red and 2 as my green zone.
