Module: Zammad helpdesk
Symptom: search provided by Elasticsearch is not working, service running.
On the console/ssh/shell, provide the command signal-event nethserver-zammad-update
Might take up to 3-4 minutes, also depending from the backlog of the tickets and KB articles written; works faster if no user is connected to Zammad.
Logoff from Zammand, than logon again.
Test the search: worked for me.
