Www.nethserver.org website - not up to date?

How can you contact the site operators? There are no contact information on www.netherver.org.

I found some mistakes or things that should no longer be up to date and confuse/scare side visitors:

On the page “NethServer 8, application platform for Hybrid Cloud – NethServer” there is still the old stand and link to “Nethserver 8 Beta 2 Announcement” at the bottom of “Resources”. It looks like NS has not yet been released for visitors.

Also under “Docs” “Documentation – NethServer” is still very self -confident “Nethserver 8 (beta)”.

Only the “News” Link leads to the general page of “Community.Nethserver.org”, on which you can (still) learn from the NS8 release in the header.

The “Pricing” page, on the other hand, seems current, sales are important.

However, since there is nowhere on the entire website that you can use to complete a “subscription” abonement (imprint, contact?), This could unsettle those interested.

I saw that for quite a while and thought, at the latest the next time I touch the page (release of the subscriptions) that would have been noticed. It was probably not, so my message.

I also have a bone to chew with @alefattorini regarding the ns website, it’s doing us alot of disservice

I already fixed the errors you mentioned, sorry for that.

We’re working on a new nethserver site, but it takes time because ns8 is totally different beast :smiley:
Please, I kindly ask you to be patient

What kind of info do you need? We ask people to submit a request here in community

Do you think that we need a special email address? Es. info@nethserver.org ?

I am not concerned with what I do not find or would like to have, but what may notice others negatively.

For example, it is about legal information, such as you are expected for sales (subscription) or in general in business or other interested parties.

If no information about it and also no link to Nethesis, professional interest in the product could quickly end. At the moment I do not want to link customers if these basics are not included or are not referred to Nethesis here.

I also miss a connection to “NethSecurity”, but there is a separate page, but otherwise you will only learn from the symbiosis between Nethserver 8 and Nethsecurity after studying documentation.

Whether it needs your own email address or a contact form is certainly a matter of taste.
