NethServer Version: 7
Module: nethserver

I just install a new nethserver from centos (as usual)
but this time the service httpd-admin only respond in IPv6

it’s not a shorewall issue because I stopped it and the admin still unavailable

I don’t want to point anyone with my finger, because most of the time the fool look at the finger but
last time I had a similar issue was with docker O_o

Please have a look if there are any errors in messages.log.
I’ve had same error, only IPV6, and in messages.log I found that the IPv4 Adress I gave to the server was given to an other host.

Is there really a problem. What issue are you seeing.

I see exactly the same on my system, that certain services are listening on IPV6, but I have no issues whatsoever accessing them from my IPV4 Windows box.

I reinstall twice
the last time I desactive IPv6
but always ending with the same result
unable to connect to the console, event if I stop shorewall

Only thing I see is the password fail.
But please try the steps at this thread. Perhaps we get some helpfull informations.

in my case it’s a barebone server

ya I have a lot of failed ssh because bot scan the internet.

even it said the Nethserver was install successfully

Please try to change to /sbin/e-smith directory before executung

Hi;

to follow about this issue

Scaleway Baremetal (like C1) don’t allow somes kernel instruction which I presume are pushed by shorewall
Nethserver works well on Scaleway Starter like VC1
