Well at least that, here in Brazil we are not allowed to have a drink also! 
“Having a drink” in italy is called “Aperitivo”. Usually taking place from 17:00 to 19-20. Something alcoholic, some finger food, some other things, a lot of people, music, chat.
By my perspective… A lot of head bash to the customers at “aperitivo” because they are too dense for apply social distancing, too much often drinking, smoking or eating for constantly wearing a mask and also a bit too much rashed to be “polite” about the restriction.
Sometimes a Human Attitude Readjustment Tool is needed. A lot.
