Where is inside-help?

Hallo,
nethserver6.6

at dashboard on some sites is a [HELP]-buttom
But if I click on it, there is only a text … not found …

I used locale german - have I to change something manually to get online.help ?
Thanks to all tip-givers …

If the German translation is not available I’d expect English as fallback.

Shall we add English as last-resort for Help files?
