I don’t work in IT, I work in electronic, in fire protection of factories, hospitals, nursing homes, schools. What I love in my Job, I don’t have to fight with Microsoft bugs.

I don’t like the problems (but the problems like me).
I’m a system administrator and my favourite thing about my job is that I can automate people work avoiding manual task as much as I can.

I’m a support specialist and sysadmin linux.This is an job in which you never stop learning; what does the customer mean with this request? What is he trying to achieve? What are they not telling me and I can only assume from? What are the right questions, the questions that’ll help me investigate the problem and get to the solution as quickly as possible? Like it. Sometimes I think I am like Sherlock Holmes :wink:
