@robb Odoo is not a real CRM it is more an ERP than CRM
We are using both Sugarcrm and (openerp = Odoo) the problem of Odoo is hard to customize , and upgrading is almost mission impossible. Whereas Sugarcrm is simple.

For the Zombies:
Odoo is still crap and slow…
SugarCRM is dead as opensource.
SuiteCRM is still tops, IMHO.
But why refresh this old, dead topic WITHOUT any new input, @oneitonitram ?

I have some input incoming for other crm…
Then create a new post for new information, not just revive this 8 year old zombie!
Don’t let your lazyness downgrade your own positive contributions and infos!
