I moved many contacts in an IPhone with the app “contact mover” from gmail to webtop5. In the Webtop Web UI all contacts can be seen, however if I try to sync them to Thunderbird with Tbsync NO contacts appear.
However when I open a contact in Webtop, change something, exactly this contact will be synchronized. Where can I find information why the sychronization doesn’t work at all and how to fix it?

Here syncing works for contacts and calendar in both directions with Webtop and Thunderbird 78.8.0 (32-bit) TBSync 2.20 under Windows 10 2004.
I don’t have an Iphone to test. Please try if it works with stuff created in Thunderbird or Webtop to see if the Iphone entries are the problem.
Here’s the documentation for importing contacts and calendars to Webtop. Maybe it works this way.
You may debug TBSync to maybe find errors.
Enable debug mode, restart TB, sync, and check debug log:
The debug log gives nothing interesing, none of the 300+ iphone contacts get synchronized (newly created or edited contacts (just open and save) work):
