NethServer Version: NS8
Problem: Logging into admin
I can log in to all users for email - including admin and administrator. When logging into email I usually use username@doamin.com. But when trying to login to admin for Webtop 5 backend administration, I am unable to do that. What is the proper way to log in with admin to get to the Webtop 5 backend administration?

You have to login without the domain. Use only admin as user.
@federico.ballarini - I thought so. That is how I did it in the past. So since it didn’t work, I checked out the NS8 Web top 5 docs -

It talks about the authentication and then the admin. So I did try that to get access to the administrative panel, but I for some reason I don’t seem to be able to log in like that.
I can log in with admin@domain.com fine to get emails, but when I try to log in with just admin to get access to the administrative panel, it gives me a blank page.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Ok, I have to update everyone and marked solved. The issue I was having was not a black screen. But the usage of the wrong user and password. The confusion was due to me not remembering that my admin for the NethServer was not the same account as the Webtop 5 admin.
So when I was logging in and getting email from admin that was the Nethserver admin by using password, I thought I was using Webtop admin.
I found the Webtop admin password and logged in like normal.
