I have a webtop user that webtop seems to timeout and never shows any folders. It seems to take about 2-3 minutes, at which point you can refresh the browser and the folders are there. If you don’t refresh, they don’t ever show. This happens every first login of the day on every browser, then is fine the rest of the day. This user happens to be the largest use and number of folders. (93 GB of email, and 232 folders). If the user uses roundcube, the folders load instantly.
I have a few other users that this happens to once in a while (user1 - 3.1 GB, 61 folders) (user2 - 23 GB, 64 folders) (user3 - 51 GB, 64 folders).
I see nothing in /var/log/webtop/webtop.log when this happens, but in /var/log/imap I get many of these logout/logins, and it goes on for about the 2-3 minutes, and when they stop the user can refresh their page and the folders will show;
