I was setting up some shared users/mailboxes and then removed some, yet I have a stale entry coming up as ‘identities’ for some users. In the following image, the first “dman@” no longer exists on the system as a user, alias, group or shared mailbox, yet still shows for some webtop users.
I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find how to remove/update that??

It is strange what you report 
… if you delete the share that had entered these identities, they are automatically deleted …
I’ve done some testing and can’t replicate your problem.
I can only assume that there are other shares to this user who have entered these identities … maybe even just some shared folders.
If not, you could try re-sharing with identities and then deleting again.
Thanks Luca. I also couldn’t reproduce it with other new shares created and removed. Re-creating the problem shared address didn’t help as I couldn’t log into WebTop with it and removing it from the system didn’t remove the stale entry
I eventually removed all reference to the problem address direct in the WebTop database.
