Webtop scroll beam too small

Hello again,

On my notebook some windows of webtop are too big for my screen (1920x1080) and I need to scroll down.

But the scroll beam on the right site is too small - I can’t touch it …

Is there a way to resolve ? Please tell me how !

Thanks, but this I know since 2000 or so. I think we talk past eachother. Next time I will create a video
