I applied for a couple of projects, and they all got back to me. But Webtop does not want us to speak other languages 
what do you mean, what language did you apply ?

I applied for French and Portuguese but never got a return.
I contacted them via this forum and also via Sonicle - Transiflex and neither way got me to receive an answer
