Webtop - Messages Box in Home

I’ve enabled chat messaging in Webtop successfully. But I’ve noticed a box on the home screen called Messages. When I send a message through Webtop a box will show in the bottom right corner. I had assumed the Messages box on the Home screen would show a history of people who sent me messages. What is this empty messages box for?

Hi @greavette, this box “Messages” is not for chat messages, but for emails. It will show unread emails if you have one or more.
