yesterday we installed actual webtop on NS8. We have 2 mail-domains:
extern : firma.de
intern: firma.lan
As admin I have only an account with intern mail (admin@firma.lan) → no problem in sogo, roundcube or nextcloud-mail … But if I login as admin to webtop - I only see the home and the cloud of webtop.
How could I correct this ??

The manual suggests to login as admin@firma.de or similar, because in Webtop admin is the builtin administrator with admin password as default. See WebTop groupware — NS8 documentation

I read this too - and do it like manual said…
But it’s the same old blues if Iogin in as admin AND login as admin@firma.lan - both see only the cloud …
I found that the mails are shown as domain admin, when the mail service is added to the domain-admin role.
Login as WebTop admin and go to the domain-admin role:

… But why can’t I add the webtop administration to my account ? That’s no big problem, but it would be the icing on the cake …
