Webtop external mail account enabled but greyed out

as per title and following this:

the option to add an external mail account is greyed out/not selectable

Please advise.

Hi LayLow,
you have not added permissions to the user or group as indicated in point 4 of the manual:

For example:

I remind you that this is a very limited feature that does not download messages (it keeps them in RAM to display them) and only works with IMAPS protocol
