I am pleased to announce the release of version 5.30.2, kicking off the new year in the best possible way :partying_face: :collision: :bottle_with_popping_cork:

Here are some of the most interesting features included in this new release:

  • new dark theme and new application logo

    It is now possible to decide whether to always show or hide the description field when creating a new event:

Other improvements:

  • Simplified sharing ACL configurations

  • Presets for mail account sharing selection

  • Updated HTML editor (TinyMCE)

  • Calendar event: “Location” field moved higher

  • Added action to redirect an email as new

Bug fixes:

  • Deleting a license with an incorrect domain does not work

  • Emails with inline ICS attachments do not display content

  • In some cases, all-day events in the monthly view become hard to read

  • External CDN dependencies on the login page

  • The message list becomes empty some cases

  • Searching the notes field leaves hanging queries and blocks the database

  • Missing warning when mailbox quota is exceeded

  • Private events with attendees always show the organizer

  • Subscription to external calendars via WebCal fails

  • Redirecting does not set the forward flag on the source message

  • Original redirection does not save the sent message based on identity

When will it be available?

The updated module for NS8 is already available in the Software Center with version 1.5.5, which corresponds to application version 5.30.2.
