I think you should enter here:
And uncheck the first checkbox under Notification column.

Thanks for the reply. I’m not sure where that menu is? Is it in the user settings, or admin settings?
This is in the event. Under invitation tab
If someone sends me an invite, and I accept it outside of webtop, webtop sends an automatic reply. That’s what I’d like to stop.
Are you sure this confirmation email is sent from webtop?
I think it is the client on which you accept the invitation to send this mail.
You can find some useful details in the maillog or in the header of the mail.
Eventually check if there is any option on this client to avoid sending the confirmation to the invitation
