Cannot logon with user office… I guess it is the password because I am able to logon with another user/password…

I don’t think so, I tried to login with a testuser with password 1234567 and it worked.
Please reset the password for the office user and try again. Maybe the user was disabled.
Did you check /var/log/webtop/webtop.log?
