Webtop admin not accepted

I am using NS with AD. All credentials work fine, but not the (domain) admin user in Webtop.
When I try to access to Webtop, an error occurs: `Authentication failed. Please try again’.

  1. Admin is granted access to Cockpit, Nextcloud, DokuWiki - but not to Webtop
  2. all other users get access to Webtop

What has happened here?

If the username is admin it didn’t work, because there is an admin-user in webtop itself.
if you try to login with admin to webtop it chooses the weptop admin with it’s password.
If you didn’t change, the password is admin
