Hello,

I Want to know if it’s possible to enable to authenticated proxy with full access on select accounts, and limited access on a few accounts?

Also, Can I set transparent proxy with all sites blocked except for selected sites I choose?

yes, both should be possible with profiles and filters in the “Web content filter”:
