Web content filtering simply stop and not working

NethServer Version: NethServer release 7.3.1611 (Final)

Web content filtering simply stop and not working more.
So I Disabled filter and Enable filter and it come back to run.
Someone here already passed by this problem?

try posting your configuration and see if I can help you
first tried to upgrade the machine to the latest version if it is not in production of course
