This is a teeny error:
On System > WAN > Configure has options to disable connection based on ping absolute count or percent.
Either the range tests for count and % are wrong, or the hints are wrong.
The option to disable provider after # of lost pings (2-99) reports validation failure error when 99 is entered, while 98 is accepted.
Similarly, the disable provider over % lost pings fails at 100, while 99 is accepted.
