Please, would you try to rephrase what you’re asking for?
If a user sends an email with a file that is blocked on our server then the user will get a response as you can see in the above picture. I want to edit this response.
The message from the picture seems to come from mailer-daemon@google.mail.com, not from your server.
Which responded 554 - 5.7.1 (Standard MTA error)
Therefore you should not be able to change any row of that message.
Moreover…
If you would like to customize that kind of message, your system should accept the message, evaluate it and before trash it, send an automated message to the receiver. Which is considered quite… unpolite.
