Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.6)

Over the past weekend, I upgraded my Nextcloud on my Nethserver 8 to Hub 10 (31.0.6). I now see in my Administration Overview many errors related to: “Incorrect row format found in your database. ROW_FORMAT=Dynamic offers the best database performances for Nextcloud”.
I did a search and found the following link, but I’m unsure if this is related to my issue:
Specifically, my Nextcloud is suggesting the following:

I’ve reviewed the documentation link, but I’m unsure what I need to do. And since my Nextcloud is running as a container on Nethserver I don’t want to make any mistakes.
Please advise what exactly I do to correct this problem.
