Module: mail, sogo, webtop
I am getting error 451 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later when sending mails in webstop
and cannot send message: (smtp) failure when sending data on sogo.
what could be the cause of this.
Postfix not running? check on network services.
postfix is running
fuuny thing is, it can receive emails, but not send
Are there any other services not running?
installed mail with both sogo and webtop

the problem was mainly with scaleway. because even after deploying the system multiple times, the issues was not fixed but after changing providers, all was well.
I am facing an almost similar issue with another server with CWP, where it seems the private ip issues is used as the main ip of the server instead of the external ip.
DONT USE SCALEWAY UNLESS YOU CAN CONFIGURE TH NETWORKS CORREcTLY
Should not be difficult… Port Forwarding externally with NethServer, therefore verify from network diagnistic that NethServer uses the correct public IP.
