Please take a screenshot of the Onlyoffice administration page in Nextcloud and post it here. What error messages does the event log show?

Which version of Onlyoffice are you using? Later than 7.1.1 does not work at this time.
What happens when you press the Save button?

Please remove the address for internal requests, it’s not needed.
Can you reach https://aplus.cloud.server:8082 from the public? Depending on your network you may need a port forwarding…

https://aplus.cloud.server:8082 its only hostname. not public domain. i am using Port forwarding.
I recommend to use a public domain and a valid certificate like letsencrypt for production use.
If that’s not possible you could setup a self-signed cert and host, see also onlyoffice [NethServer Wiki]

It was possible without public domain and valid certificate but I didn’t test with recent versions:

Collabora requires a public domain and a valid certificate.
