Hi,
I think there is a typo at the Subscription Page

I think it should be

Refund Policy

5. Rection time for all plans is 1 business day. Business day coverage is from Monday 9am to Friday 5pm Italian time zone (CET or CEST) on non-IT holidays.

Also I have a question, when are IT-Holidays? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

This is a good question: we are always on holidays! :stuck_out_tongue:
Jokes apart, usually we have very limited support the week around August 15th.

Maybe you should state the period with limited support instead of a general mentioning like IT holidays. (no-one outside Italy will know when those are). Or did you mean IT (as in Information Technology) holidays? :wink:

For me it was Information Technology Holiday, i didn’t think about IT for Italian.
