4 out 4 https certificates/hostname have correctly verified via
https://unboundtest.com/caaproblem.html
or
https://checkhost.unboundtest.com/
Any other tools available?

If this issue applies to you, and you’ve given Let’s Encrypt a valid email address, they’d have notified you. Then and only then, you’d need to issue new certs.
