Traefik Middleware Manager for Advanced Users

Traefik is Highly extensible, and On this community, there has been a number of requests for services and functions, that would otherwise not or comple implementation at the core, or at the end suer level.

Fail2Ban, and capacity to lock all apps behing SSO, whether they impelemnt their own or not, and traefik has support for all these.

I recently came accross this wonderful tool GitHub - hhftechnology/middleware-manager: A microservice that allows you to add custom middleware to Pangolin / Traefik resources.

Which provides a nice interface for extending traefik.

IS this Tool needed, and would it offer significant improveemnts to Nethserver core, for Traefik plugins, and other things?

I am all for this type of tool to help the main item. This is definitely an upgrade in the right direction to help expand the capabilities of Traefik. A very nice breakout GUI that allows a more granular, more informational, administrative GUI of middleware and Traefik. Making Traefik more manageable in the end.

I would definitely try that, as I have experimented unsuccessfully with various reverse proxy managers.

It is possible that it was due to my lack of understanding. But perhaps the tool would make things easier.
