Support Subscription Help - Please confirm the email address I use

Hello @support_team ,

I’ve purchased a support subscription for our Nethserver (Pizza) and I’ve sent an email to support@nethserver.com asking for assistance but I have not received a response. I sent the email on December 2nd. Is this the correct email address to use?
