NethServer Version: 7.9 → 8

Hi Community,
this is an IT consulting request 
I know I’m late … I’m still running NS 7.9. I should probably upgrade to version 8, but I don’t dare. Above all, I don’t have much time to go through the migration instructions and hard to admit - NS 7.9 is running perfectly stable. Over time it was not necessary to put to much efford on it, so I lost a lot of my linux skills over time. So I’m looking for someone to guide me and hold my hand while I perform the upgrade.
Does anyone have the time and inclination to guide me through the upgrade/migration for a small fee? Let me know what price you would charge for a more or less lengthy Teams/Anydesk session.
My current NS 7 runs on Proxmox – at least I upgraded Proxmox from version 6 to the current version 8.4.1 before the summer (that was hard for me). The goal would be a complete migration to NS 8. Existing modules are:
Samba AD server with file server, mail, Nextcloud, SoGo, firewall, backup, web proxy, filter and server, as well as a few beloved specialities:
Antivirus, Crontab Manager, NFS server, phpLDAPadmin and phpmyadmin
The correct transfer of PHP databases is particularly important.
Does anyone have the time and inclination to take a look at this with me?
