Hi,
Cockpit refuses to create an alias named “support”. It pretends that “This name is reserved for built-in pseudonyms”. I’m surprised that such a common alias is forbidden. Is it for real ?
Thanks
Matthieu

Could you check your logs?
support is not reserved.
I just successfully created an alias name support for my user. I also had a look at the code, I didn’t find any validator that could forbid it.
# db accounts show support@
support@=pseudonym
Access=public
Account=filippo@example.org
Description=
The validator seems to be this, if I’m not mistaken.
Do you get some support
entry on the users or groups list?
/usr/libexec/nethserver/list-users
/usr/libexec/nethserver/list-groups
I can create it.
Probably already exists a support user. Can you check?
S O R R Y
I should go earlier to bed. The address already existed.
My only excuse is that the error message could be a bit more specific
Sorry again guys
Matthieu
