Support automatic RPM reinstall during restore procedure

It already happens for all nethserver rpms and core and forge repos. I guess you should add SDL repo to /etc/backup-config.d or something similar

If you want your packages reinstalled automatically during restore ensure at least one of the following rules is true:

RPM name starts with nethserver-
RPM owns a subdir of /etc/e-smith/events

My rpms should be part of a backup restoration, but you need to install first nethserver-stephdl-1.0.1
