I just get a trial subscription on a nethserver installed sometime ago… from the time of initial installation, server was upgraded to new packet releases etc, now what? should I enable some new repository or delete some of the old ones?

No, the repos usually are enabled with the subscription.

To check run

yum repolist

and you should get the sb-* Stable mirrors:
