Subscription how to? (more info please)

NethServer Version: release 7.6.1810 (final)
Module: subscription

I want to propose buy a subscription, but I can’t found how to begin and proceed.
Reading today some issues with the subscription
I found mentions to https://my.nethserver.com/
I go there and create an account, but I don’t know if is related to my case and our server located in my office.
Right now, I our server I don’t have installed the manager:

So I wonder if, I need these steps:

1. Install the module “NethServer subscription”?
2. Then “link” our server to the account in https://my.nethserver.com
3. Get more info about the sub. plans and pay forms. My country (Mexico) have some weird politics for taxes and of course we need to get an invoice for prof.

Reading this:

Note: In my.nethserver.com don’t exists México as a country for selection (?).

Edit#1: In a production server, is possible to transfer the subscription from server#1 to server#2, leaving offline the server#1?

doesn’t work in Opera:

The blue button on the right bottom is missing and I think it should be “button” not “botton”.
